"The hotel was good, clean, staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very good and rooms were sound proof and with good air conditioning. Pool were clean but small. At times they felt a bit crowded but most of the time were good in June. I imagine that July and August they would be crowder.
Amenities like the Club for VIP were expensive €15 per drink! the same as the spa services.
The restaurant Suena Chibo served us the worst rump stakes we ever ate at €26 per piece. Do not recommend...

"This is an absolutely amazing hotel. The staff are exceptional, always warm, welcoming, and attentive, making every stay feel truly special. The food is outstanding, with an excellent choice and consistently high quality.

"If you book this hotel, make sure you choose the “Preferred Club” option.
The location is excellent, and the hotel itself is nice and cozy. The pool is not very large, but it is big enough. The staff were great, except for one person who ruined an entire evening for us, I am not exaggerating! I still cannot believe someone could act so unprofessionally.

"I had a nice stay at this hotel. The entire property is impeccably clean, and every staff member was nice and welcoming. The architecture is stunning. I loved the unique terracotta colors, which make the resort look like a beautiful palace against the blue ocean. Thanks to the clever design, my room had a fantastic sea view. The grounds feature massive tropical gardens and gorgeous lagoon-style pools."

"We stayed in the hotel for one night before flying home. It was very convenient, with its own car park, but we didn’t get to use facilities like the pool.The location is great - right next to a surfing beach, the restaurant menu looked great but we were too tired to use it and the staff were excellent.
