"Great location. Very easy keyless access to property & room. Lovely rooftop deck. Great room with a beautiful 180° view of Arezzo. Convenience store on one side & a police depot on the other side at street level. Bus stop right outside the door. 4 minute walk to the train station, but the area is great, safe, centrally located. Elevator for your luggage opens directly into the accommodation. Refrigerator in common area. On a beautiful circular palazzo with a carousel. Easy walking distance to all the main sites. "

"Could not get tv in English. Didn’t really have much time to watch but there were some down times and would’ve liked to see some news channels I could understand. Our room was excessively warm! I tried the thermostat on the wall to no avail. Brewkfast was warm and inviting. For the most part employees were very nice with a few exceptions. It seemed when they had trouble understand my husband or I they, hmm how should I put it, they seemed irritated. All in all I would recommend the hotel. Great location in the city and great views"

"The noise from the street and other parts of the hotel echoed all night. It was way too noisy to sleep. Otherwise, the hotel was fine, and the staff were very good. There’s nothing wrong with the hotel itself, but I’d try not to stay there in a room with windows on the main drag."

"The room was super cute and a great deal, but the neat part was the staff at the attached wine bar where you check in. The young lady at the desk was so helpful and even assisted us with finding parking and getting us cleared for pulling up to drop our luggage even though we went into a restricted area by accident! Arezzo is a wonderful town and the people are fantastic. There is an amazing restaurant in the piazza right across from the hotel, too. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had good options. The view from the terrace was beautiful. The room was very basic, closet had a weird smell, you could hear everything going on in the rooms nearby. "

"We liked the location - very close to train and bus stations made it easy to arrange day trips to nearby locations. The kitchen was well equipped and a food market was nearby. We enjuyhe good sized balcony. Erik was very attentive to our minor move in issues and he even came to the train station to pick us up for our check in."
