"This is an excellent property. Very historic, rustic and with great views across the Tuscan landscapes. Lorenzo and his mother were super duper hosts who took great care of us. The property dates back to 1380 and the rooms are decorated with choicest artifacts that adds greatly to the experience. The location is fantastic too with the local market and restaurants in easy walking reach. The breakfast service is fabulous with many choices and Lorenzo himself is great chef as well! Highly recommend...

"The location was absolutely perfect. Right in the heart of Florence. 90% of all that Florence has to offer The shops, Piazza, the churches were all within literally if not, five minute walk and no more then 15 minutes. To the central train station if you walk 20 minutes. However, we cab it 10 minutes.$15euros well worth it. We stayed on the sixth floor, which they referred to as the penthouse. Our room two bedrooms, one bathroom kitchenette, one big balcony that connect to the two bedrooms....

"The location is awesome. Very close by of Florence downtown near the Tram. However, our bathroom had mold and the shower had jets that were blacked inside. Our AC in the bedroom was leaking into the bed and didn’t keep us cool. We also went at the restaurant on site and reserved a nice table. When we arrived for dinner they switched our table and we didn’t get the view we wanted. The pool is great for kids. It could be a great place full of potential but it is very run down."

"Great location in a quiet neighbourhood close to all the main attractions. Clean property. Check in/out was quick. We were able to borrow an adapter. AC worked well as it was 38 degrees Celsius. I took a star away because the toilet was ridiculously hard to use. Had to pump like 20-30 times to get it to flush. Shower was always cool, no hot water and lack of shelves/space for toiletries was annoying. Overall great value. I would stay there again but maybe a different room."

"First of all we had to wait for 10 minutes to actually gain access to the apartment, even though our communication was very clear as to when we would arrive. The property had a lot of dust , eg on chandeliers, vents, and needed a thorough clean. If you want to sleep in the room with the double bed bring ear plugs because you can hear everything that is happening upstairs…. The conversations, walking around, moving furniture etc. The air conditioning unit in the room with 2 single beds hardly...
