"Lovely grounds, but loud landscaping going much of the afternoon. Nice breakfast spread, but many items were not restocked and very few allergy friendly items."

"Convenient location (boring main road but near the small downtown area). Friendly staff and pretty grounds - it's several small buildings around a courtyard with pool and outdoor seating. The bathrooms and many furnishings are quite worn - it feels quite overdue for a refresh. "

"This place was wonderful! The breakfast was varied, good, and you can take it to this beautiful setting on an outdoor patio. Leisurely and peaceful. The staff was incredibly helpful - with some tech issues I had, giving me tips about getting to LAX, and getting around in general. The front desk people knew what they were talking about and very gracious, kind and knowledgable. I would stay here any time I am in Claremont and recommend it highly. "

"This was the most horrible experience we have ever had at a hotel booked through Expedia. The parking lot was full of suspicious looking people. The front office attendant was struggling with a couple who looked filthy and were obviously under the influence of a substance. They could barely speak or stand. My husband waited over 15 min. The attendant never acknowledged him and continued to deal with the couple. Finally, my husband decided that we would not even be checking in to this...
