The communication provided prior to check-in made my arrival and check in super easy. I was greeted upon arrival and offered a glass of wine. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Located right in the heart of little Italy being spoilt for choice when it comes to good food, it was also super easy to get around without a car.

I wish there was parking available but the bed was so comforting and relaxing. Very nice space and there should be a shower door for the shower other than that I had a great stay and I would go back again.

The room and Hotel in general was clean. Communication was good. Unfortunately, I did not know beforehand that there were extra costs concerning extras the Hotel offered. The Hotel is a little loud, but there were earplugs so that was okay to manage.

The no free parking was really inconvenient, it was nearly impossible to find anywhere to park. The room was okay, it’s very small so be mindful. Our remote didn’t work for the TV! It is right in downtown so very alive and super close walk to food and the ocean!
