"The room was clean, beds were very comfortable. Easy check in and check Out . The breakfast was a bigger selection than i expected (bagels, cereal, bacon , eggs, waffles, potatoes,muffins , fruit, oatmeal and many drink options. There is a raising canes 1 minute away. My only issue was we were not told it was $25 a night parking and the area doesn't seem the best area. "

"The staff was kind and helpful for the entirety of my stay. My room was clean. The bathroom did have long strands of hair on the floor and in the shower. The hotel is near other hotels and has a shared parking lot with plenty of spaces."

"The Sheraton gave a completely misleading impression. I booked a bay-view room, but they put me on the 4th floor with a 65-foot balcony blocking the entire view. When I asked to switch, they claimed they were full. Room service was a disaster—I ordered twice, and both times, after waiting forever, I had to go pick it up myself despite being charged a $5 delivery fee. And don't even get me started on the pool service; getting a simple bottle of water was a total nightmare."

"Room is dated and you can hear everything around and above you. All the facilities other than the pool are pretty worn down and dated. Ice machine areas are falling apart due to water damage. Our first night, they also had to shut off the water for the building and water was not usable for the night. "

"Hot tub good. Pool good. Lobby needs brighter lighting or just more light as its very dark. View if u get the right one is nice. But parking 21 dollar fee will make me likely not stay here again esp when they ask me for my ID just to get a new pass when we extended our stay...did you have private equity bean counters squeeze every last penny out? Upset there are no free chargers anymore. Staff is very nice. Cleaning staff and maintenance guys are awesome. Lady at the bar at night server always...
