The free included breakfast buffet was amazing! The bread, cake, hummus and crêpes all were homemade by the hostel staff! Also amazing views on Santa Cruz from the roof patio! Great atmosphere, great staff and place! Thanks!!

I booked a room at this hostel. I arrived 9pm at night. The hostel manager said they were fully booked so I had to look for alternative accommodation which was expensive. I requested a refund . Expedia had no reply from owner/manager after a few attempts at contacting the Guest house and so I was told I could not get my refund. If this sort of thing can happen then I will not use Expedia again. This is very unfair and unacceptable

J’ai été assez déçue de mon séjour et notamment du petit déjeuner (thé, café instantané et muffin industriel) qui était loin de ce a quoi on pouvait s’attendre avec les photos et commentaires.

VIDA UNIVERSITARIA?

La decoración y todo está muy simple y como una casa de alquiler, pero la casa súper limpia, la gente muy simpático, tienen muchas actividades, y encima tienes el almuerzo en la terraza con una vista impresionante. Se siento como estás viviendo con algunos compañeros de clase juntos

Me gustó el ambiente y que está bien situado , pero de mantenimiento y limpieza deja mucho que desear. Tiene escaleras para entrar que es inconveniente para subir con las maletas.

Próximamente seguro que está mejor.

Todo correcto. Aunque se ve que todavía le falta mejorar algunos espacios comunes. Y el colchón es poco más que una colchoneta, por lo demás todo bien. En buen sitio, poco ruido, acogedor. Es un alberge juvenil pero, por lo que vi en sus inquilinos entre los que me incluyo ya esa edad se nos paso, aunque no de espíritu. XD
