The location on the river was beautiful, the property had a private rooftop which had the most beautiful panoramic sunset views of Florence. "The hotel is like an apartment. The front desk lady was nice. The room was nice, but you can’t request more towels because you have to pay extra. Bring toilet paper, because once you run out they don’t bring more. "

"Good size room, quiet and good distance to most sight seeing places. Its a self service apartment so dont expect to have anyone at the desk. All in all good for the price we paid. Just rem to bring cash for the city tax as they dont accept credit card. "

"We had a one bedroom apt here. Enjoyed the kitchen. Steps away from the train station, still very walkable to the Duomo and Uffizi. Host is really nice to wait outside the building to check us in. Only minor issue is sometimes in the night there might be very exciting people singing or chanting. But this may be a common issue for the whole city."

"Little hiccups doing the self check-in as the app use to open the door failed, but Dario was able to fixed it. The area is busy w/ locals. There’s grocery & good restaurant in the area. The room is spacious & clean. The best part is the location at almost everything you want to go is within walking distance."

"Fantastic! Within 20 minutes walk to train station and city center. No complaints. Be careful sleeping with windows open at night. Close enough to water and many mosquitos will enter. "

"This was a really great location. The market and restaurants in the immediate area were excellent. We were walking distance to museums and world class shopping. Good sized apartment with a very functional kitchen. There is a restaurant on the ground floor that can get noisy late at night. But hey, your in Italy and that's part of the experience. It didn't bother us. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again."

"The location of the property was great as it was walking distance to many attractions. Check in was easy and prompt. Cleanliness was medium. My largest complaint is that the shower would overflow into the apartment as the drain was likely very clogged. The first time this happened I let the contact for the property know. Our suitcases were soaked and we spent over an hour cleaning up the water with only towels. We had to hang many of our belongings to dry for the next couple of days. We were...

"The apartment was in a great location only a few minutes walk from everything we wanted to see. The apartment was roomy and was a great place to relax away from the crowds in the middle of the day. Although we never saw the management, they were constantly in touch through WhatsAp. No problems at all with the apartment. Beds were comfortable. We stayed an extra day and the management was very accommodating."
