The neighboring hotel had LOUD guests and music blasting with dunk men talking extremely loud throughout the night. I requested a room change and was informed that there was no more rooms available. ..."

"We stayed in the Caracol suite. It was amazing. The room was large, spacious, and clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot with good water pressure, but best of all was the view from the jacuzzi balcony. We loved every minute of our stay!"
