Not the best Selina but decent

The hotel is not in great condition compared to the pictures and it is too far to the city centres however it's well located for the main tourist attraction: circuito chico.

Good place to stay

Large room, powerful shower, weak wifi in room. In the middle of an ownership transfer, could use some refreshing but overall ok. Friendly staff, easy parking, walk to restaurants. Some road noise at night with open window.

Loin du centre en haut d’une côte. À part le restaurant qui offrait une bonne bouf (pratique) rien ne justifie d’aller à cet hôtel. Pas beaucoup d’aide pour nous aider à organiser nos activités. Piscine froide. En général, nous n’avons pas trippé sur Bariloche après notre passage à El Calafate et El Chalten.

Precios ocultos y no dan factura

La habitación y el hotel muy bonitos y cerca al centro de Bariloche pero cuando haces la reserva indica que hay pileta y otros amenities pero no dice que hay que pagar adicional por cada uno, por persona, diario. Así si quieres usar el sauna y la pileta son aprox 15 dólares por persona por día. Adicionalmente, pedí que me dieran recibo o ticket común y en al recepción no pueden entregarlo, que lo envían al correo y han pasado 3 días y todavía estoy esperando...

Lucas nos recibió en la recepción en la madrugada y fue excelente. Dio la extra milla para apoyarnos con lo que necesitáramos (incluyendo arreglar la cortina del baño, que estaba caída). Supongo que el precio no está mal por lo que se recibe, pero la propiedad se ve bastante descuidada (hoyos en las cortinas, ropa de cama vieja, colchón incómodo). Esto no está necesariamente mal para un viajero que va deprisa. Nosotros íbamos por varios días y preferíamos más comodidad.

Me encantó.

Todo muy bonito, la gente súper amable. Nuestra habitación muy bonita con vistas increíbles. Sergio y Alejo los más amables y nos ayudaron muchísimo. El complejo tiene estacionamiento y no todos los hoteles cuentan con uno, así que es un plus.

Los empleados del hotel tuvieron el mejor servicio con nosotros. La comida excelente, lástima la habitación del jotel que nos dieron (cabaña) tenía daños con los calentadores, el secador y se fue la luz varias veces.

Muy buena opción para alojarse y comer!

Muy lindo lugar, especialmente el restorán y él área común. La comida es excelente y en el lugar tienes linda vista al jardín. Por otra parte, la pieza es muy funcional, tiene buenas dimensiones y sirve para descansar. La ubicación es muy buena si vas en auto , a 5 minutos del centro , pero caminando tienes que hacer una gran subida que debes considerar. En términos generales fue una muy buena estadía.

Hermoso Lugar, el cuarto muy limpio, agua caliente, el olor del jabón de cuerpo delicioso, música en vivo todos los días, buen desayuno, cómodo, con Piscina, y tienen un restaurante que se llama el Canelo absolutamente delicioso. Los tour se consiguen ahí mismo, y te recogen y te dejan en el hotel; además te guardan la maleta sin problema.

Hermoso hostel! La atención es muy buena de parte de todos! Hubo eventos nocturnos muy copados también. La habitación cómoda y el baño compartido también. Buena ubicacióm respecto del centrp y de los cerros. El predio lleno de árboles es un plus también. Lo único malo fue una noche que fui a hacer uso del spa sin saber que estaba por cerrar. Me cobraron y a los 10 minutos me echaron. Me pareció una avivada. Fuera de eso, todo excelente!
