The hostel is quite run down. The mattresses could be changed as they don’t have any support left. Even though beds were made around every two days, it seemed like the bathroom in the dorm wasn’t really cleaned. They didn’t notice for a day that there was no toilet paper left. With 6 people staying in a dorm it should be cleaned everyday. Also the floor was quite dirty during my entire stay and not cleaned once (at least there were the same stains over my stay of 6 nights). The breakfast was simple but enough. The people working at reception were really nice and helped a lot finding things to do in Bariloche, finding the next bus stop and having a great time.

Great team, willing to help. We had a double bedroom with private bathroom, the room was clean, had a good size and good possibilities to store your belongings. The bathroom was clean and big, with hot water, the trash bin is emptied every day. Only minus is the bed, which wasn't confortable and pretty noisy. The building is not the newest and is definitely not really noise proof but the other guests were considerate. The kitchen is great, with a fridge, a few pots and pans and 3 sinks, and is regularly cleaned. WiFi connection is good in the shared areas as well as in the room. We had the possibility to store our bags for a few hours before taking our bus.

Excelente estadia em Bariloche, especialmente considerando o custo/benefício! Cama confortável, banheiros novos, e uma cozinha equipada onde pudemos preparar refeições. Vejo pessoas reclamando do café da manhã, mas não concordo com isso. Estamos falando de um hostel e não devemos esperar um café de hotel de luxo. Toda manhã tinha café bem quentinho e pão novo, geleia e doce de leite, além de sucrilhos, iogurte, chá e leite quente. Compramos complementos (frios, ovos e etc) e utilizamos a cozinha bem equipada para otimizar o nosso café. Enfim, agradeço demais toda a experiência.

Horrible y no recomendable.

El hostel horrible. Viejo sin ventilación y sin un televisor, el desayuno incluido era solo pan frío con unas mermeladas viejas, cereal puesto en un tazón al descubierto. Además de que costoso para lo que ofrecen, si. Reglas de entrada y salida. La verdad que no lo recomiendo.

24 hr desk is very handy when it comes to bariloche night life. This property is a about a 5-10 min walk to the civic square so not too far away. The breakfast was good enough and the kitchen area was good as well. I did notice black mould on the roof of my room which was on the top floor, the bathroom don’t ventilate so there it is.

El lugar muy poco acojedor. El primer dia no hubo desayuno que temiamos incluido. Los demas dias fue muy pobre. La cocina siempre muy sucia y en la heladera habia articulos en mal estado que estuvieron asi toda la semana que estuve. La cama estaba rota y el colchon extremadamente gastado.

eu fiz uma reserva de seis dias nesse hostel porque eu tive uma experiência Positiva em uma outra cidade quando fiquei hospedado em um hostel. Eu não gostei do local aonde você faz as suas refeições no café da manhã almoço e janta são feitas em uma cozinha que fica ao lado de um bar do hostel. eu não consegui me senti bem naquele local tem uma decoração com teto vermelho e Galhos que lembram chifres a sensação que você sente é que você tá no purgatório com as mesas de sinuca e muita cachaça. Falei prontamente com o gerente do hostel e pedir para que me transferir-se para o hostel Inn Bariloche . graças a Deus o gerente prontamente conseguiu fazer a minha transferência porque quando eu entrei naquele hostel Marcopolo e eu não consegui me sentir bem.

Comfortable and clean with wonderful staff

I was a little wary when booking and getting such a low price for a private room at this hostel, but I was very pleased with our stay. We stayed 6 nights and had no problems whatsoever. There is a staff member at reception 24 hours to deal with any issues and buzz guests in (you leave your key with reception). The staff (particularly Luis) were very helpful and spoke enough English to help us with questions we had. The room is basic and cleaned daily and was spacious with a small table, chair and closet. Breakfast was very basic, just some bread, cake and spreads with juice, coffee and tea. I suggest you bring/buy your own coffee if you want decent coffee. It would have been nice if breakfast started before 8:00 a.m. since we had a few early starts to our days. Try staying on an upper floor if you sleep early and need absolute quiet as the noise from the bar can travel up the stairwell. The hostel is on a side street with some construction in the neighbourhood. Not the prettiest street, but you're only a 5 minute walk from the main street and Civic Centre. It's safe though, we never felt unsafe even at night. Lots of restaurants and pubs/bars nearby. Overall a wonderful stay for us budget-conscious travelers. Far-exceeded our expectations.

An ok stay but pretty central

The room was ok, there was a black out the last morning se erre there for about an hour but overall everything was ok. Breakfast is a bit poor, just sugar and nothing really as slow release energy food. Evening staff pretty helpful, the morning guy a bit lazy instead, more interested in his phone than check outs.
