The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable! There’s a kitchenette in the suite but no single cup or plate or tool available. The complementary breakfast has very limited choice!

The location is perfect so close to many attractions, restaurants and bars and if you rent a car you can drive up near all the gorgeous Lakes. You can't really say this place offers a breakfast as it's only a croissant and some butter and coffee. The room has some charm and my favorite feature was the little tiny balcony which overlooked the street and also gave you a little bit of a view of the lake. I highly recommend you take the teleferico up the mountain as you have tremendous views from the top. The hotel does have a small parking lot which was sufficient for our needs. The internet here did not work well though probably cuz of our room location. The staff was friendly and helpful

Costs too much for what is delivered

Good parts: Central, parking, view when being on the upper floors and on the right side. Bad parts: Loud, because of student hotels all around which playing loud music until late in the morning in neighbor hotels. There is a kitchen in the room but no cutlery, plates, pans, cups, water kettle. Thin walls and doors. Breakfast is served with two pieces of toasted but cold toast, and some "over-crispy" croissant, no eggs/bacon.

A estadia foi boa, o quarto tinha uma vista bonita das montanhas e lago, o estacionamento é de graça e usamos ele de boas, o café da manhã é simples com torradas e médialunas, e não tem frutas porém estava as coisas que tinham eram gostosas, todos os funcionários foram muito educados e prestativos. A cama em si parecia um pouco velha e fazia barulho, mas deu para dormir bem. O quarto não tinha ar condicionado, porém abri a janela e deu para dormir fresquinho. A localização muito boa, e dava pra ir andar ali no centro de boas. Em anexo a foto da vista do quarto, esqueci de tirar foto do quarto em si, e tem tomadas que dá para usar os carregadores do Brazil

Não se enganem pelas fotos!

O hotel é bem antigo e está precisando de uma reforma. O anúncio dava a entender que tinha vista pro lago Nahuel huapi, mas, afinal, não tem vista. No anúncio tem, inclusive, uma foto, provavelmente modificada em photoshop, que dava a entender que tinha uma vista do quarto. A única vantagem de se hospedar aqui é o Café da manhã que é razoável e a proximidade ao centro, pois o hotel fica exatamente ao lado.

Localização excelente! Ótimo atendimento na recepção e no café da manhã, que é bom. O serviço de limpeza do quarto e a qualidade das toalhas fornecidas poderiam ser melhor (toalhas encardidas). A internet é muito instável nos quartos. Fora Isso, tem um bom custo benefício.
