Estrutura fisica boa, mas pésima administração

O hotel é uma ótima pousada. Ótimos quartos sem ar condicionado. Mas é fato que a preocupação da adm é diminuir o custo ao máximo. Café muuuito simples, hotel não empresta toalha de piscina para ir as praias ( é proibido) . As 11:00pm todos os dias não tem mais funcionário. Resumo do hotel : a obra é muito boa.. mas a adninistração... infelizmente deixa a desejar um melhor serviço.

Cómoda y agradable !!!

La hostería es cómoda y agradable, pero no están preparados para un verano caluroso, no tiene aire acondicionado ni tampoco ventiladores de techos. La limpieza es general es buena, el desayuno correcto, y faltaría un poco de limpieza en la piscina.

Decepcionada!

A estrutura do hotel e quartos era muito boa, mas o atendimento péssimo, café da manhã deixa muito a desejar. Ficamos em uma suíte ótima, ampla e bem limpa. Não havia nada no frigobar e sempre que precisávamos tínhamos que pedir na recepção. A questão que mais deixou a desejar foi o atendimento mesmo... os atendentes muito despreparados e na saída ainda não estavam passando cartão para pagar os extras. Cidade maravilhosa, mas o hotel realmente deixou a desejar no atendimento.

Vidrio del baño y balcón sucio de mucho tiempo. En 6 noches no pasaron aspiradora ni barrieron baño habiéndolo solicitado 2 veces. Desayuno básico sin ninguna variación en mi estadía. Muy caro para lo q te dan. Hotel hermoso lugar solado buena gente.
