Una vista muy bonita donde se desayuna. El personal muy amable, el desayuno muy rico. El inconveniente es que no hay una tienda cerca, no cambian dolares y detalles como que no sirvió el control remoto y no había otro de repuesto, pero esas cosas pasan desapercibidas con el trato del personal, nos dieron la habitación antes y eso se agradece ya que veníamos muy cansados del vuelo y nos consiguieron un par de medias lunas en el desayuno aunque ya no había, esas cosas hacen que nuestra estancia haya sido placentera y olvides lo demás.

Buena ubicación y buen precio pero muy ruidoso…

El hotel esta cerca de los lugares de interés, las habitaciones son amplias y limpias, buenos precios. Las habitaciones del primer piso miran al estacionamiento… El lugar es muy ruidoso porque todos los pisos son de ceramica. Las puertas interiores y exteriores se cierran con mucha fuerza. Preparan las mesas del desayuno a las 23.00 horas generando mas ruido. Este hotel no tiene un estilo local. Podria estar en cualquier pais

Las sabanas son de microfibra cuando te queres dar vuelta se salian, dormiamos sobre el colchon pelado, que eran dos de 1 pz unidos, mal, y los toallones y toalla una lija y muy finitos, el servicio de spa no presta, ni la pileta, desilucion. Creemos que demasiado ahorrativo el dueño. La vista es buena.

Un pequeño hotel muy lindo, con vistas hermosas. El cuarto tenía una terraza con vista al lago. El servicio excelente, Barbie nos ayudó mucho con reservaciones, dónde comer, a dónde ir, siempre muy atenta. No está cerca del centro caminando, tienes que tomar taxi, pero no fue un inconveniente para conocer.

Barbara was so very helpful to us. We had a really long flight and she was able to calm my daughter who was very upset. Then she helped tremendously to find the best rates for cabs and for skiing.

Boa opção em Bariloche

O hotel é bem mais simples do que aparenta no site, porém tem o básico para quem quer curtir Bariloche durante o dia e ir para o hotel só para dormir. Bem localizado, excelente café da manhã, quartos com calefação e um bom chuveiro quente. Ótima atenção dos donos e funcionário da pousada.

Pra começar nos colocaram em um quarto com três camas , oque gostei já que não havia lugar adequado para colocar e abrir nossas malas grandes . Então , demos der um tempo , fomos avisados que nos colocaram em quarto errado e tivemos que colocar nossas roupas de novo nas malas e fomos para um quarto com cama de casal , pequeno , e não tinha onde colocar e abrir as malas . Pedimos cadeiras e conseguimos uma ! Então tivemos que abrir uma mala no chão . Apesar de pedirmos para que nos ajudassem com as malas , ficou assim mesmo . Cama pequena , pedimos mais dois travesseiros e nos foram entregues sem fronha ! Só nos dariam pela manhã do dia seguinte ! Fomos embora com a sensação de que ficamos pedindo favores !!! Não volto mais...

Fantastic hosts, super location

Perfect hosts and excellent experience! Paula and Luis were very helpful throughout our 2 day stay. They went out of their way to explain the area, recommend and arrange a short tour to pick up from the hotel; also arranging car hire for us. Also airport transfer. Room had fabulous views.

Not a full service hotel and value is consistent with a ski resort where pricces are higher than normal. Towels not changed during a four night stay so don't expect luxury service levels. Breakfast is ok but not wonderful.

Excellent Hotel!

The staff was amazing, the hotel is decent for the price, the lake view is amazing. This hotel is located between Cerro Cathedral and the City. The staff was very helpful, this place will be my first option whenever I return to Bariloche!

100% Satisfeitos

Além do excelente atendimento dos proprietários (Luiz e esposa), esse hotel está próximo à excelentes restaurantes, próximo ao Cerro Otto e também ao Cerro Catedral. Com certeza nos hospedaremos novamente caso retornemos à Bariloche.
