First off let me start with the staff who all weekend from check in to check out everyone was amazing, super friendly and definitely felt welcome especially bc it was escape. They had candy, free water, glow sticks and beads for the people checking in. Hands down best hotel I’ve stayed in San Bernardino and I’ve been attending festivals at in San Bernardino since 2009. Clean rooms, had a desk, actual fridge, stove, sink, microwave I will be definitely staying here again

I had a great stay here , (my only complaint is the 25$/ per night parking fee that is not mentioned 👎) hotel & room were clean breakfast was great the kids loved it waffles eggs sausage orange/apple juice , indoor pool clean , outside basketball / tennis court you can borrow balls from front desk ,Sam’s club is just a 5 minute walk away along with many food options near , I will come back here whenever I’m in town :)

Wonderful 2 night stay!

We decided to stay here due to my husband has a VA Exam not to far away from this location. We stayed two nights because our a/c unit went out and it's unbearable due to the heat. We loved the weekend breakfast and yes' the weekday breakfast was good as well!!!

Thank you Mikey for welcoming me this morning! The room was clean and the dryer dried my clothes sufficiently. I had a perfectly ripe banana for breakfast. The towel hanger in the bathroom came off of the wall when I pulled the towel off so might need tightened.
