"The hotel was extremely noisy at night because we had to keep the windows open. The air conditioning was not working in May, apparently because the hotel considers it “not summer yet.” Unfortunately, it was around 30°C during our stay, so sleeping without air conditioning was impossible. With the windows open, the noise from outside made it very difficult to sleep. This was very disappointing and significantly affected our comfort."
"I had no plans in Sanremo, took a train from Cannes. I didn’t realize the hotel was far from the station so I had to take a taxi. Very nice property, I stayed in annex building in a single room.
What stood out was the impeccable customer service and helpful staff. From bellmen to the check in and waitstaff. Extra amenities in room that many hotels as of late skimp on including dental kit, mouth wash and even an intamacy wash.
Month of May in Italian Riviera is extremely sunny than expected so I didn’t spend time in pool but it was large and looked nice. The design is minimalist art deco. The breakfast is top notch! If I wasn’t gluten free I would have had all the pastries and tarts! But great gluten free options too + good quality yogurt and jams."
"Such a great central hotel in Finale L. Staff were very friendly and helpful always, and always went the extra mile to ensure any needs were met and that we had an enjoyable stay. Stayed in the annex building, which was very cosy and secure. Breakfast was amazing every morning and great variety - enjoyed getting to have breakfast outside. Our bikes were looked after well in their bike room. Housekeeping was 5/5, always came back to a clean spotless room. Great bar facilities as well. Out of all the stays we’ve had in Finale, this has been the best so far, and would definitely choose to go back here again for next time!"
"Pros: modern building, clean, very comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, great breakfast (included).
Cons: hot tub is actually a heated pool; location is very noisy. Even with the heavy duty dual pane glass door closed, you can hear the trains go by right in front of the hotel."
"This was a lovely hotel, room was great with a balcony with a view of the sea. Not a bad walk to the center of town and to the sea. Breakfast was good lots to choose from. I would go back!"
"It was so beautiful The people , amazing always helping very kind and respectful I get to meet a Peruvian girl working there I forgot her name, but she was so nice. I will go back again to stay in this hotel because it’s beautiful the view ,nice and close to the stores walking. Also, I had the best pasta pesto the green sauce delicious.,👍😘❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️"
