Como aspecto positivo: la amabilidad de todo el personal. Como aspectos negativos: bungalows muy poco cuidados y antiguos, no había ni microondas. La Luz del baño estaba estropeada y tardaba en encender, la cocina también y tuvimos que llamar al recepcionista y que nos diera una portátil para poder hacer la cena. La loza y todos los utensilios estaban muy estropeados..

No me gusto nada...bungalow descuidado,necesita una reforma urgente....piscina en mal estado...se te quedaba la pintura de la piscina en tu cuerpo...no funcionaba la cocina....un desastre en total

Tienen dos papeles pegados en la puerta de la recepción los cuales uno pone q se prohiben visitas y el otro q se prohibe hacer barbacoa cosa q ninguna de las dos se respeta pq ahi cada uno hizo lo q le dio la gana yo reservé para 3 personas y me quedé sin hamacas el primer día pq estaban todas cojidas y para mi sorpresa fue q eran la mayoría visitas o q se estaban alojando 10 personas por bungalows

Me gustó la zona ,es céntrica pero poco personal de limpieza las camareras estaban muy saturadas a corre corre .El complejo en sí necesita de actualización .Los Bungalow con mobiliario antiguo y menaje escaso (calderos y sartenes en mal estado ) .

No lo recomiendo

Escogimos estos bungalows porque admiten mascota..por un suplemento de 10€ por noche, (sólo por estar alli) es una pena el estado en que se encuentran, necesitan una reforma urgente. El bungalow que nos tocó era el 70...alli encontraras el televisor estallado en la esquina superior izquierda..y cucas dentro del ropero que salen de una tapita que hay abajo en la pared. Del resto del complejo decir que no se respetan unas minimas normas de convivencia..musica alta..gente de lo "mejorcito" menuda fauna alli metida!! bañandose en la piscina de madrugada. No llegué a ver que la limpiaran por la noche como hacen en otros complejos..ni a ningun vigilante. No volveré a este complejo, prefiero pagar un poco mas e ir a uno en condiciones.

No me gustó el estado en el que están los bungalows. La placa de la cocina era antiquísima y no calentaba, no hay microondas, las camas incómodas y con ruido, pocos utensilios de cocina, los alrededores de la piscina mal cuidado y con los muros rotos.

Отличный отдых с друзьями

Хороший комплекс, отличное расположение, все что необходимо есть , единственное надо делать ремонт в номерах, все уже старое и требует обновления, во всем остальном мы всем довольны , отдыхали с друзьями остались всем довольны, но замечу что я никаких претензий не пишу, а просто говорю имейте в виду что номера требуют ремонта. Спасибо

Realmente me gustaría que todo el mundo leyera esta opinión para que por favor no se alojen en este establecimiento, si se le puede considerar como tal Una amiga y yo nos alojamos este fin de semana en estos bungalows. Las expectativas eran bajas debido a la cantidad de comentarios negativos que tiene este hotel, pero no tuvimos tiempo de cambiarnos a otro hotel más económico y decidimos arriesgarnos, la peor decisión de nuestra vida. Para comenzar nuestra aventura, nos costó encontrarlo ya que se encontraba alejado de todo y desde fuera tenia una imagen po o descuidada, parecía un barrio en el que te iban a atracar. Al entrar, las tumbonas estaban llenas de polvo como si no las limpiasen en años. Pero nuestra sorpresa vino la segunda noche cuando regresamos al apartamento después de cenar. Cuando entramos nos encontramos todo el apartamento lleno de cucarachas, habia una en la bañera, dos en la cocina, otra en la habitación. Asustadas, nos quejamos a la recepción y nos dijeron que ya se habían quejado otros clientes y que ese bungalow en específico había un foco donde salian muchas cucarachas pero siguen vendiendo la habitación y no hacen nada al respecto. Una auténtica vergüenza!!! Nos cambiaron de habitación y nos dieron dos a elegir. Cuando fuimos a ver la primera habitación la puerta estaba abierta, el fregadero estaba lleno de bichos con cucharas llenas de aceite y en general la habitación sin limpiar. Hay que tener mucha cara para ofrecernos una habitación sucia.

Slightly disappointing

Despite my remarks below we had a good holiday! On approaching our bungalow we could see gravelled areas full of weeds.A door that had a botched repair job so the key opening was a nightmare to get in and out of.Each bungalow is in a block of four all connected by an enclosed small area you can just fit a bike in. Unfortunately that is the area that all the bathroom windows and doors open to! So no privacy and we could hear everything in everyone else's bathrooms! You have to rent an iron and board non provided.Very dated and in need of repairs internally. The main bed and bedding was clean but the bed spread that is never replaced or changed was supposed to be cream on the underside! The stains on them means we just flung them on the floor.All the staff are lovely and the actual complex is clean although every night at around midnight they like to start stacking the sun loungers?? The pool is not heated but clean and a decent size.Only a coffee machine that makes lukewarm coffee no kettle. The cleaners sometimes come every day sometimes every other. The sum total of a clean is make the bed not always change it and wipe over the floor and off they go?? The Holiday World park across the main road flashes bright lights all night and the screams of fun fair riders is not too loud!This did not bother us I might add! but you are not aware at booking how close it is. The only shopping centre has been left to rot but its restaurants are not bad. We witnessed a terrible mugging on the Faro 2 shopping centre one evening which made us decide to walk the 40 minutes to town rather than keep risking it! This is basic accommodation for the price,a hostel is more comfortable to be honest. Would we stay again.. No! too far from everything or anything and For the price charged you could get better!
