Basic clean accommodation

This apartment hotel is 2 stars. Very clean. In 2025 it is not acceptable to have to pay extra to use the room safe or the internet.

Excellent holiday.

This is a very well designed property. The circular design means that the balconies are well separated from each other without solid walls. The Wi-Fi in the room, although not free as stated, was very reasonably priced and very good. Although there was no air-conditioning, as mentioned in the write-up, there was a freestanding fan which moved the air very satisfactory on the hottest day. There were plenty of sunbeds to choose from including some in the smoking area. The pool was pleasantly warm and not too overcrowded. The staff were very helpful. We were able to get a very late checkout for just €20. Overall, we fully recommend it for a couples or family holiday and reasonably priced.

ok stay Beds fairly average the Internet doesn't work properly which they charge extra for . The Hotel is old but very clean. If the management made the beds more comfortable and installed wifi the stay would be more comfortable they charge plenty for the rooms so there no excuse.

Quite central and near kasbah center and a short walk to the sea front,i had a ground floor room which was dated but clean and functional at the back( i slept well), luckily i had quiet neighbors and it as a lovely pool ,very friendly staff and generally enjoyed myself(solo traveler meeting friends already there) I've no negatives only wished there was more English channels on the room TV (BBC News only)

We had a really good stay at Las Faluas. Standard basic apartments with all you need for your holiday. Superb value for money. Kitchenette with hob microwave kettle toaster and everything else you need. Lovely swimming pool with bar and plenty of sunloungers. Multitude of shops in the area as well as numerous pubs and restaurants for eating out. Close to bus stop for airport buses 66 and 90 and other buses to take you all round the Island Its just a 10 minute walk to the sea, really good location to stay all round. Would recommend for a decent budget conscious clean and relaxing stay.

They can’t arrange single room due the mistake have happened by Expedia. Single changes to triple room by two beds with pour and small size of room. Actually good for one person,I didn’t start to sait the others arriving but lucky to get another by big monet.

Basic accomodation for selftailored vacation

The site said it was non smoking, still on the balconies every neighbour was smoking, so you couldnt avoid the smoke and couldnt keep any windows open for fresh air, since the rooms are not air conditioned. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms are outdated but very clean and cleaned often, fresh towels are provided every other day, if wanted housekeeping 5 days a week. Bus stop near and taxis were easy to catch from the curb. Nice cafe and restaurants on the same streets. Swimming pool was open only during the day till about 5pm. No bar or other restaurant at the pool, nearest was only across the street though. The hotel across the road played loud music and had live performances at the weekend, if you are on that side of the towers you can clearly hear it inside the room.

Very affordable, everything I need - shower, kitchen, bed, desk for remote working and good wifi. I would stay here again. The mattresses need to be replaced and are quite uncomfortable but that was expected.

Problems with almost everything

The bed was good, but all other issues were problematic. Electricity was often out, the key card had to reprogrammed almost every day, the shower hose was leaking, no restaurant or bar anymore in the hotel... just to mention a few problems. I have spent many weeks earlier in this hotel, but year after year it seems more neglected.

The accommodation is basic, very dated and has some maintenance issues but clean and the pool area is spacious with plenty of beds . However it states that there is a pool bar which there is not. It says that is connected to a shopping centre which it isn't and I am unsure why it states there are 8 beach bars (possibly in the area but with no connection to the hotel itself.) Free wifi is in the small reception area only with additional cost for access in apartment. The situation is good but on the whole a dissappointing stay.

1 star hotel

This place was barely livable. Looks like it maybe once was an ok hotel, but haven’t properly cleaned or done even basic maintenance on the place in many years. Floors and surfaces were dirty and dusty, there were holes punched into the walls, doorframes were cracked and falling off, tiles were grimy in the bathroom and the room key required 2 whole minutes in the reader before it worked EVERY TIME returning to the room. Wifi was an extra cost so we didn’t pay for it. The fridge insulation was worn down and didn’t close properly. Kitchen equipment had been through the wringer and many things were unusable. We checked multiple times for bedbugs cause sheets were always dirty when the cleaning person visited and supposedly changed them but thankfully no bed bugs found in our room in torre 3. The next door apartment was undergoing renovation and the guy brought a crowd of people and started to drill from 21-22 at night and then silence the whole day time probably while he slept. Pool area was ok, but nothing special and outdated. Lots of nude grannies sunbathing 😂 in general the crowd was quite old, but probably also would have been suitable to some very young people looking for a cheaper stay. Cleaning people didn’t clean our room everyday nor every other day, probably cause they couldn’t access with the broken card reader… one plus was we were on the 3rd floor and there was a working elevator.
