No elevators so bit of a challenge going upstairs with heavy luggages as the stairs are narrow. Quiet location for a great rest at night even with open windows. "Fabulous location by the Milano Cathedral and Galleria, excellent breakfast/brunch/lunch served from 7-12 noon, staff was super friendly and helpful, room was wonderfully comfortable and thoughtfully decorated, cleaning staff were super efficient, AC worked well. Fitness room small but fine, had weights, treadmill and bike. Would highly recommend!"
