Excellent location in downtown San Antonio with a shopping mall and restaurants in the same complex. Could see River Walk and the Alamo from our room. Extremely clean, super friendly staff, good food in the hotel bar and restaurant, coffee shop, and massive conference areas. Excellent hotel in one of our favorite cities. Only cons were the parking rates, the pillows, and non-complimentary wi-fi but we would definitely stay here again.

Everything from booking online to checking out was extremely easy and everything about the hotel is excellent. Check in was easy and fast. The food at the restaurant is great and I love the amenity of having $15 credit each day. The location is so great and we came down and went out to the Riverwalk and mall. We will be staying here in the future.

This hotel is close to the Alamo and shopping. The convention center is walking distance. Plenty of restaurants walking distance. Over all a great place. A little expensive, but worth it in my opinion.

From as soon as we walked to the entire stay the staff was amazing! The location is great! It’s located in a convenient area to walk to any restaurants and any attractions. Clean and the amenities were amazing!

Had breakfast from the hotel cafe and healthy options were very limited. Rooms were clean and minimal items for guests. There was one water bottle in the room for $6 and that’s all. No items by the bathroom sink whatsoever.

This place was by far the best stays I have ever experienced, it felt like a very luxurious stay that was very affordable for me and my family. Everything was great from checking to our room and a lot of amenities around the hotel. It was very convenient for me and my little family. We enjoyed it very much!
