I never was able to check into the hotel. The lobby was locked and all the lights were off when I arrived to check in after my flight landed! The phone number provided for the hotel only remained unanswered with a busy sound. Worst experience ever!

I notified I was arriving to the hotel aferre 10 pm, I even called multiple times with no answer. I arrived and it was closed The area looks terrible, very unsafe I do not recommend this place at all

Which I can give a -10 on the scale

There were some motel rooms was broken windows broken doors. Look like they were homeless people just renting there just give me the creeps and that’s why I would never see there again I wouldn’t recommend it it doesn’t look safe for Fallons it doesn’t like safe for anybody so I would not recommend this place for anybody it’s just terrible

we arrived at 9:40pm and there was a sign saying to (restroom wait till 10pm) someone came at 10pm and I was told no one would be able to check me in at this time to reach out for a refund & still have not been helped or gotten our refund. The area is the worse felt very undafw waiting to get attended outside

I never stayed there. I tried to cancel because I had an emergency. They wouldn't even reset for another day. They charged me for nothing .I will never stay there because of how bad they treated me when I was just having the worst week ever

Great stay

Before staying here we stayed at La Quinta that’s around the corner from here and it was bad there with drug selling all hours of the night, couldn’t get really get any sleep while there but now I’m able to sleep. Don’t see no drug selling, it’s quiet and very comfortable and convenient to fast food restaurants.

It was a good location, but our door was broken and maintenance or the office staff had to keep coming to open it. Our room was supposed to have a blow dryer and didn't. When we asked the girl acted like she didn't understand English!

No Towels!!

I usually don't leave reviews, but it's important for other people to not be deceived by the pictures. Room looks almost nothing like the pictures. They only had a couple of the hand towels and the foot mat. No phone to call reception. I called from my cell to ask for towels and they said they only clean and put towels on Wednesday so they couldn't help me. I was upset because we were two people in the room and no towels so they agreed to give me towels if I went because they didn't have anyone to take them. I picked them up but only got one. I had to go buy towels for my two day stay. Sheets were clean but not the comforter which had stains. Room seemed recently remodeled but there were holes on the walls which were only patched not painted.

Very dirty, but staff was helpful

The place was very dirty. In the common area outside the room the trash cans were overflowing, the elevator floors were sticky and gross, there was trash and food all over the floor, and there was dog poop in the walkway that was there when I arrived and wasn’t cleaned up until 2 days later. In the room, there was no bathroom door, the sheets were stained, there was a wet towel left in the bathroom, there was no cold water (which is better than no hot water, I guess), and the TV didn’t really work (remote didn’t work, and couldn’t change the channel with the TV buttons). The only good thing about this place was that the staff at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating when we told them we were going to arrive a little later than expected and after the front desk was supposed to close. Overall, this wasn’t a great place. If you’re only looking for a place to spend the night, it’s functional and kind of affordable. But I wouldn’t recommend spending much time here.

Guy that checked me in belittled me Infront of cus

The towels had dirty spots all over them. The sheets looked as if someone else had laid in them before I did without the washing in-between visits. The guy that checked me in was horrible. I had already paid for my room through a third party but he was still trying to make me pay at checkin a second time. He was telling me that my card was just authorized not actually charged and told me since I am questioning him that I had to wait for him to check in everyone else. And then with the customers he proceeded to make comments about how I didn't have a clue what I was talking about and making fun of me. Then because I had worked outside to help my mother he was talking about how I had my hair done nails done a nice fancy outfit on...lol...not! His remarks where horrible. Just for me to finally get my turn after having to wait forever it seemed. He finally listened to me when I asked him to check his email that I knew that the receipt was there that I had already paid for it. And I got an u were absolutely correct ma'am everything u said. You did already pay for it. My bad and then he laughed. He was so rude to me. That alone makes me never ever want to go back to that hotel ever again
