The first day we arrived as soon as we entered the room the room was dirty candy on the floor hair on the toilet and a very passed rotten meat. We had two rooms and the other room had no hot water. That same time we spoke to the front desk to let them know our dislikes, they sent house keeping, she came inside without notice and left without telling us. They did told us that house keeping was every other day, so when it was time they only semi cleaned one room the other one was not touched, however the one that they dis clean still had the same candy in the floor. we had tried ti speak to the manager and he was no where to be found on our third day he called and told me that it was a long weekend because of the holidays and that there was no need to speak to him that thats why he has people working to deal with that stuff. He offered to give us one night off on each room because of the inconvenience. I had told him that we had requested our money back to go somewhere else but the people working there did nothing.at check out he did tell us that his people were probably having a bad day and that he could not guarantee that our stay was going to be perfect get it things happen I travel enough to know that not everything will be fine but I do expect that when you complain things will get resolved. He is the manager and need to manage the hotel. He was very nonchalant and completely disregarded our situation and told me that it was my fault for staying although I had asked to go
