"The hotel was clean and absolutely beautiful. I didn’t feel this was a 5 star hotel. The pool was closed and that was a big reason we booked this, so that was a bummer. I didn’t feel the staff was that helpful, the breakfast was also just okay. We kept asking for bottled water, and felt that was a bit awkward for the staff, a 5 star hotel should have some sort of drinkable water station in the lobby. Don’t get me wrong, there was nothing wrong about my stay, I was very happy, but I felt it was nothing special as well."

"As a solo traveler, I loved my stay here!! Even though it’s the middle of the summer the staff cleaned up most of the seaweed so the beach was lovely every day! The bartenders and all staff were lovely too and the front desk gave me the most lovely room :) every night was a party, I cannot reccomend this resort more"
