Cari Kastil di San Antonio

"hotel was great valet was the only problem. They charge for parking and you request your car and they make you go get your car so you have to guess where they parked the car."

"Property needs a lot of upgrades. Water pipe leak in the bathroom , had to cover floor in towels , grand ballroom shut down supposedly for renovation but no work being done and no resturaunt for breakfast bar staff was poor and service was terrible and drinks were sub par and overpriced , actually found the Crockett tavern next door was 100 % better and we went there instead of the Menger bar. There was a rowdy fight between some patrons on Halloween night on the floor above our room....

"Beautiful place. Will be back."

"I love the vintage look of the hotel and its location to the Riverwalk, shops and being right next door to the Alamo. And the food was great. The room amenities were standard and what would be expected in all hotels - blow dryer, refrigerator, iron, shampoos and shower gels, wi-fi, etc. But I would suggest that the hotel upgrade the carpeting throughout. Very old carpeting and patchworked, new carpeting would definitely have generated a 5-star rating from me."

"The hotel employees were great."

"Front desk people had little to no info on the surronding area, housekeeping was terrible!!! Lost $5 in the vending machine on the 5th floor! I would not recommend!!"

"I checked in late and the staff was very friendly and patient with me, called almost every day to check and make sure our stay was good. Everyone is very nice and friendly. It rained most of the time we were there but the resort has a lot to do and see. Would definitely recommend and visit again soon!"

"The staff was helpful when we asked about restaurants and locations of specific attractions. However we weren’t greeted or asked how anything was going or how we were doing. Our room was missed one day for cleaning and it didn’t seem like our room was ever vacuumed. The breakfast was convenient and there was always hot coffee which was nice and convenient. The room was a good size and the shower had good pressure. Air conditioning was nice and cold. I thought from the advertising this location...

"There was no hand soap in the restroom, no courtesy water bottles nor glasses To drink water"

"Excelente"

"I’m very happy to have chosen this hotel. It’s very clean and friendly people."
