"We spent three lovely days at the villa up in the mountains. It was full of rustic charm and very peaceful (the only sounds in the evening were goats and birds!) The building has lots of history and has a pool and an en site convenience store which is really useful. The breakfast was incredible! It was served on the balcony of our room. "Rooms are well appointed and location is great but the age of the building shows. Any one even steps on the floor next to or above your room and it can be heard very loudly. Also, there is no street parking here. The website is not accurate. You have to park you car elsewhere and get your luggage here"

"We had an amazing honeymoon stay at this hotel. The room was new and very clean. The provided robe and slippers were a great touch! The best part is the staff. They were attentive, helpful, and friendly. They went above and beyond and sent a very sweet honeymoon gift and note. The location is central and a short walk to a safe underground public parking lot (paid) and grocery store. Breakfast on the rooftop was consistent and very tasty. 11/10 hotel! Would stay here again in the heartbeat."

"I loved the location for visiting Old Town. It's also conveniently located right next to the bus station so I recommend taking the the bus from the airport it will save you a ton. The breakfast was good as were the drinks at the bar. I'd do dinner at the surrounding restaurants. Overall it's a very nice place"

"Nice hotel. Nice rooms and pool area. Lovely Spa area but shame you have to book and pay for sauna. Normally are free but not a real issue. Gym looks good too but did not use. Very close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, polite and always at hand. The food in the restaurant and pool area and breakfast, also drinks were all tasty and well priced. Very lovely hotel and spa. would definately recommend and visit again"

Only issue is parking because old town Chania is not accessible by car, so you have to find parking about a 1/2 mile away and walk. Still worth it, just be prepared for the parking spot hunt.
