"I booked Regenta Inn Sambalpur after seeing so many positive promotions and advertisements, but my actual experience was extremely disappointing.
The room was in poor condition and felt neglected. The bathroom had very low water pressure, making it difficult to use. The mattress was completely worn out, with the springs sagging badly, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The bedsheets did not feel properly clean, and the towels were so old and yellowed that they clearly needed to be...
