"Spacious, clean and modern. Near to bus stop, short walk to mirabell, and communication with staff is excellent. Freebies at the lobby like mini muffins and candies is a plus too."

"Staff was great - very pleasant and helpful. Complimentary water was a nice touch. Location is excellent: about 3 minutes from the train station. Walking distance to some superb restaurants. Easy to take a bus into the center of the old town. Everything functioned properly. The shower floor was super slippery - had to put the bath mat for the floor in the shower so that we didn’t slip and fall."

"이 호텔에서 제일 좋은 스위트룸을 예약했는데 들어가자마자 후회함. 방 레벨도 너무 낮고 제일 비싼 스위트룸인데 레이크뷰가 하나도 없었음. 제일 기대한 호텔이었는데 실망이 너무 큼. 냉장고에 물이 있었는데 어디서 가져왔는지 병에 수돗물을 넣어둔 느낌.. 며칠간 예약 없었으면 열려있는 물병에 물이 며칠 방치되었을지… 남편 생일 기념 여행이라고 했는데 축하 메세지도 하나도 없음. 그나마 좋았던 것은 조식은 나쁘지 않았고 조식에서 보는 레이크뷰는 좋았음. 할슈타트 내의 위치도 나쁘지 않음. 그냥 패밀리 룸이지 스위트룸이라고 하면 안될 것 같고 이 호텔 예약할 거면 일반 레이크뷰 룸으로 예약하는 것을 추천. 같이간 4명 모두 이 호텔 스위트룸에는 실망했음."

"Clean comfortable room, slightly older property. Cristina was really nice to check us in early after our overnight train journey from Poland. The property should have breakfast included since the room prices are pretty high for a 4 star. Further the hotel should provide basic stuff like shampoo, Conditioner, body lotion and shower caps daily. None were provided"

"Great location near the Salzburg main station. Everything is within walking distance. The Brau House offers a good breakfast but the dinner menu is the best feature. Classic Viennese-German fare."
