We really liked this hotel. The directions for parking and entrance were all easy and timely. You could easily walk from hotel to old town Salzburg or take a bus. The parking was close by and fairly cheap. We loved the breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. We left our luggage safely in the luggage room as we arrived early in the day. Very convenient. We felt safe and comfortable.

Room was lovely. Breakfast was excellent. Despite not having a front desk and being connected to a cafe, the communication, check in, check out and luggage storage was great. 15 mins walk to train station, 20ish to town centre.

The hotel location is not that convenient and only limited choice of restaurants nearby. I stayed on 1/F facing the street, it was quite noisy at night even all the windows and curtains are closed. The room condition is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good.

Everything you could ask for from a hotel

We loved staying in this hotel. It was just close enough to the city centre. The quality of the breakfast was excellent!!! Unfortunately, we left an electrical item in the room. As soon as we realised we contacted the hotel and arranged for the item to be sent to our home address. They were so helpful and understanding and because of this I would most certainly return to this hotel again

We stayed on the 4th floor. When we closed the window it was SILENT! Shades and dark curtains kept ALL the light out. Wonderful nights sleep! 20 minute walk to the main train station. Very easy. The staff was super friendly and spoke beautiful English. We really enjoyed our stay!

No hooks in the shower to hang a towel or clothes. It would be nice if you provide an iron for ironing clothes. We needed to talk to someone urgent but the customer service does not pick up the call. Every time it took us six to seven calls to reach them. Otherwise it was good and couple of kilometers from the major tourist attractions.

It is an excellent hotel, however, please note that it is missing some of the staffing and attendance you would see at a bigger hotel. But if you live without 24hr concierge, and other things like a more spacious storage and ability to do some small laundry or ironing, this is really a great spot. Easily walkable to the centre of Salzburg ina great neighbourhood.
