Os quartos fica em um tipo de porão o banheiro alagava quando tomava banho a janela do quarto não funcionava a cama os lençóis manchados até o papel higiênico era de péssima qualidade toalha de banho muito encardidas foi uma das piores hospedagem minha. Porém os funcionários são acolhedores trabalho com muita excelência tentando dar o máximo para os seus clientes.

Quarto 206 precisa urgente de reparos, torneira da ducha com vazamento a ponto de que foi deixado aberta vasou água para dentro do banheiro, teto com vazamento, torneira da pia com ferrugem na base da torneira, chuveiro com incrustação de maresia. Faltou toalha no quarto e quando foi solicitado na recepção só foi dado uma toalha quando o correto seria duas por ser casal e a alegação foi que por ser domingo não havia equipe de lavanderia. Em fim, está precisando de ajuste total.

Cheguei de viagem a 1h da madrugada e o hotel estava cheio sem meu quarto. Eu, esposa e filho. Me mandaram para outro da mesma rede a 20 minutos de carro. E aí fiz a avaliação do outro - Riviera Andrade Premium. Muito acanhado por sinal. Só os funcionários bem prestativos.
