The staff isn't tourist friendly. The moment I started speaking English, they immediately became upset. I asked the front desk for the directions of a nearby pharmacy because I had a headache, They immediately said use your phone in Portuguese.

O Hotel fica próximo ao Aeroporto, tem otima localização. Excelente Funcionários, atenciosos e prestativos. Cafe da manhã nota 6/10, nao tem muita opção, mas tudo estava fresco e gostoso. Unica critica foi o ar condicionado que nao gelou bem e fez muito barulho.
