"The room is in poor condition. Several plug points weren’t working, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. The carpet was very dark and appeared dirty, leaving our feet black after walking on it. Overall, it’s an okay hotel, but the room definitely needs some maintenance and cleaning."
