"My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very conveniently located. The only tiny, tiny complaint I can make is that the bed was really firm. However, I would stay there again. Everything else was great."

"Smaller than pictured. Nice kitchen, bathrooms and views. Easy parking. Adjacent to a very noisy street all the way to 2am in the summer. Not pleasant on hot days due to lack of a/c, and difficult to sleep with open windows due to noise. The renter needs to be in decent physical shape to climb two tall flights of narrow stairs with luggage."

"This property was just as described, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Great location only a few minutes walk from the pier and the centre of Brighton. Only drawback for us as a mixed family group, there were no curtains / blinds in the bedroom, so no privacy. Overall very good value for money."

"Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast.
The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning.
At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff.
There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours. I think you likely have to move...
