"Friendly helpful staff. Quick check-in. Room was fairly clean. Floor of tub needed bleach treatment (dirty discoloration). Dusty and a piece of rice on the area where the refrigerator sat. Refrigerator was cool, but not nearly cool enough to keep anything cold nor from spoiling. No microwave. (We knew there was not one.) "Stay was okay. Building was clean and everything worked well. Location was much further from red river gorge than expected, about 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes one way to a trail. Bed was very hard. Hot tub was nice. Overall, decent if you dont mind the sleeping conditions and the drive but for us it wasnt worth the cost "
