"Overall the facility was very nice. Breakfast buffet and staff were excellent. The room was clean, but the AC was extremely loud and you could hear water dripping in pipes in the wall. Also, the TV remote was not working and the TV randomly came on at 2am."

"今回は（2025年7月）リピートとして２回目の利用でした。 立地は申し分なく、地下鉄へのアクセスは抜群です。 建物は古いですが、清潔感は確保されており、ベッドメイクなどのサービスは良好だと思います。非常にホスピタリティもあり、また利用するだろうと思います。 ツインベッドの利用にしては比較的安価に思います。 1ポイントのマイナスはホテルの責任ではなく、最近のタイムズスクエア周辺は深夜まで非常にうるさく、ここもタイムズスクエアに至近のため、少し悩まされました。参考にして頂ければ幸いです。"

"The place is in the heart of the city and everything was good. EXCEPT one thing the toilets. BUT the issue is not the maids becuase they always do their work as good as they could. THE ISSUE WERE THE RESIDENTS WHO WERE VERY URISPECTFUL TO OTHERS."

"This was the perfect spot to stay while exploring lower Manhattan. The beds were comfortable and the entire apart/hotel was very clean. We stayed in a two bedroom and it was perfect for our family of 4. We also appreciated the friendly, helpful staff! Highly recommend!"
