We loved our stay here - right in the heart of Salamanca. It couldn't have been more convenient. Clear instructions about the parking (very close and €19 per night) would have been useful. The apartment is really clean and well appointed. Perfect for a couple.

Good central location however exceptionally noisy as lots of bars and restaurants around. We had noise until 4am for the two nights, was the weekend and there was a festival on that may have made it worse! Car parking instructions were to call a number, we were put through to 4 different people to finally get the right instructions. Apartment was a good size, bed was ok.

As fotos condizem com o local, mas tudo está bem mais velho. Principalmente o sofá cama, que está velho e quebrado, o colchão extra deixado lá muito velho e ruim, e os lustres desajustados e muito baixos, muito difícil não bater a cabeça. Mas a limpeza estava muito mal feita, tinha restos de hóspedes anteriores no forno, sujeira na lava louças, muitos cabelos no ralo da banheira, saída de ar muito suja, etc. O espaço em si é grande e bem localizado, mas a experiência ficando uma semana lá não foi das melhores.

1.0-el secador de pelo no funciona, vota humo. podría ocasionar un incendio. 2.0-la puerta del baño principal rechina muchísimo, hace un ruido insoportable. Las bisagras o goznes deben ser lubricadas. 3.0 la cortina de metal exterior del cuarto principal está atorada, no baja. La claridad del sol entra por la mañana y no se puede dormir. 4.0 la unidad de aire acondicionado del cuarto principal hace ruidos aleatoriamente durante la noche, y uno no puede dormir. 5.0 control remoto de la unidad de aire acondicionado del cuarto principal con poca batería. Apenas responde.

Nice apartment

This was a very nice apartment in a very good location. The only problems we had were the refrigerator and payment method. The refrigerator did not work. We called several times, but the owner made no effort to repair it. The owner told us to show up with cash which we did. No one was there to take it and we were told to put the payment on a credit card. We paid a pretty stiff fee in an ATM to get the Euros and then the owner takes our credit card.

Very close to the main attractions of the city.

Quiet, spacious and clean. Good restaurants and bars nearby and also the Market for breakfast food. Taxis also just a few yards away.

Modern home

Everything was excellent with the exception that the neighboring apartment was noisy with a very squeaky door. Paid parking was 10 meters away. All the sights were within 10 minutes and the central market 1 minute.

Apartment stay in Salamanca's centre

The apartment, as it title says, is in the centre of Salamanca. Just about 1 block from Plaza Mayor. The apartment is completely furnished, offering needed amenities for travelers. We enjoyed our stay.
