Good stay option in Salamanca.

This was a very good option to stay in Salamanca. However, it is not a hotel as we thought and as we understood in the reservation we made. It is not very clear in the description, therefore it did not have the hotel services we were looking for. But after all, it accommodated us well. The small apartment is very well located. Very clean and spacious.

WOW! WHAT A GREAT VALUE!! This apt looks like new construction. Everything clean and shiny! Towels were Great! bed comfortable. Amazing location, everything within a 5-10 minute walk. Really quiet. Very engaged host. It couldn't have been better!

Good place for exploring Salamanca

Apartment on the Fringe of historic old town. 5 mins walk from Plaza Mayor. 12 mins walk from long distance bus station. All tourist landmarks are within 15 mins walk including the Roman Bridge. Communication is by Whatsapp and email. Entry to apartment & room is by entering code on number pad Bed is comfortable. Has TV, cooktop, microwave, pots & pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, coffee making facilities but no kettle.

Beautifully presented Apartment

This is a beautiful, modern, well designed and spotlessly clean apartment just a couple of minutes walk from Plaza Mayor. I've sadly had to give 4 stars instead of 5, as we were very unlucky that we were allocated an apartment just inside the entrance, next to the access and lift. Externally, people and cars were passing within inches of our windows. This meant the curtains had to be permanently closed, so we had no idea what the weather was like outside. There was also lots of chattering as people passed our window through the night or entered/exited the building. The rumble of the traffic was also noticeable. I am noise sensitive, so this may not be an issue for others but I wanted to raise awareness. I always carry earplugs when on a city break and that solved the noise problem. This only appeared to be an issue for a couple of rooms, which is a shame, as they are wonderful apartments

Exceptional!

Very conveniently located. Brand new apartments, fully equipped kitchen, and a great welcome guide that they sent a few days before arrival. The bed and sofa were very comfortable and the room was spacious and well lit. The hotel staff are really nice. They really have thought of everything a traveller could need! The only drawback is that the air conditioner is programmed to shut off automatically at night after maybe 45 minutes, so my sleep was disturbed when the room kept getting hot. Guests cannot change this setting. I understand this is for energy saving reasons so people don’t leave the apartment and leave their air conditioning on in the middle of the day, but if I’m asleep, I really don’t want to keep getting up and walking to the living room to turn it on multiple times each night. If it’s the middle of summer and I specifically book a place with air conditioning, that advertises it has air conditioning, I expect that I don’t have to wake up to keep turning it on. When it’s on, it cools the apartment very fast (1-2 minutes), so at least that’s helpful. Other than the air conditioning problem, my stay was perfect and I would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect place for a family trip! Location couldn't be better for sightseeing and walking around this charming and historic city. We had everything we needed, including dishwasher and laundry and kitchen items, and the air conditioning was very welcome! Great value for the money. We would most definitely repeat the experience.

Above and beyond

This location doesn't have a traditional front desk, but they are great communicating via text and phone. When we needed a repair they were at our unit very quickly. They also proactively had our unit ready early when we told them we had an early morning train into Salamanca.

Fantastic property. It served our needs. We stayed for two weeks. Only problem is that the air conditioning turns off automatically. This was annoying in the evening when we were sleeping. This is only a problem in the summer. I hope that change this at least in summer time. Other than this, everything was great!

The hotel boasts a prime location, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant and other facilities are comfortable, and the food is excellent. However, it may benefit from increased advertising, as it remains relatively unknown despite its quality.
