Excellent value for the money

Excellent service from the staff. Spacious rooms with very nice view over the ocean. Wonderful breakfast buffet. The hotel is getting a little bit old interior-wise, but has kept the 5-star touch. A problem was the packs of crows (yes, a bird problem) that kept stealing food from the restaurant and disturbed us when resting by the pool.

Well-established Resort Hotel on a fabulous beach. Beach is clean, wide, endless on both sides and with very fine white sand. Hotel is not the newest but still in good condition. The pool is slightly outdated style.

Location good, property excellent. We are vegetarians and found that Options are almost nonexistent. Need to definitely improve in this area.

Not a patch on the Muscat CP

A mixed bag. Set on an amazing beach, lovely new gym, nice upstairs bar. Reception area OK and room decent. Buffet restaurant was very not very good, wide choice but much of it very uninspiring. Pool area very tired and gold course fallen into disrepair. Seems to cater more for cheap package holidays from Eastern Europe mainly.

Hotel with excellente services and value

The hotel offers free airport transfer which is very rare these days. I arrived early in the morning and they allowed me to check in. Room and facility conditions are very good. Highly recommend.

Old hotel probably a nice spot 20 years back, but too old now with people drunk on the terrasse watching as animal my wife. I will never go back there

Quaint hotel on beautiful grounds

Check-in was not great. Seems their system's integration with Hotels.com is faulty, and so they did not see we had booked 2 King rooms with beach access (i.e. ground floor facing the ocean). In the end, we had to settle moving to a 1 king room and 1 twin room, since 2 Kings with beach access weren't available. Beyond that though, our stay was pleasant. The hotel and rooms are quite dated (90s look) but the grounds and facilities are fantastic - 3 different pools, golf driving range, a dive center, children's playground, table tennis, two restaurants, a pub, and not to mention a deserted white sand beach on the Indian Ocean lined with an unlimited number of lounge chairs and barasti umbrellas. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Outside the hotel, it is surrounded by coconut, papaya and banana farms that creates a canopy and landscape that looks like Sri Lanka.
