The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. There is a nice walk along the promenade to Santa Maria which takes about 10-15 minutes. The staff are very friendly and work tirelessly entertaining the guests. The food is tasty and presented nicely. I'd definitely recommend the cocktails

No words can describe how wonderful our experience was at this hotel after Murdeira Village resort cancelled our booking on arrival, Robinson Resort were so incredibly kind and helpful and treated us like royalty after a stressful experience we had and they went out of their way to accommodate to the situation we were in during the fully booked Christmas period and made our Christmas so memorable. Special thanks to Olessya and all the staff at the hotel for everything they did for us . Cannot recommend this hotel enough , the quality of the food , service and entertainment and standard of the rooms is incredible. Thank you

Had a fantastic experience at this resort. Service was impeccable. Amenities were top-notch. Food was very good and exceeded expectations. I was not familiar with Robinson Club prior to this experience. This discovery was an incredible suprise.

All inclusive doesn’t include all drinks and at some hours during the day there’s no food available. A tour of the area is only available during office hours, not when you arrive early in the morning.

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back. We loved the food, the staff and the excellent facilities. The room was very clean and the in room coffee was much appreciated. Another highlight was the beach bar, the sundowner sessions were excellent, especially the live music.

Das Zimmer war sauber und einwandfrei! Nichts zu beanstanden! Das Personal war nett und hilfreich. Von den Robs hätte ich mir mehr persönlichen Kontakt gewünscht-diese waren fast nur unter sich. Das Essen war gut und für jeden etwas dabei. Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal!!!

Hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Wir waren vorher im Melia Liana, hat sogar einen Stern mehr. Kann dem Robinson aber nicht das Wasser reichen. Auf keiner Ebene. Das Essen im Robinson setzen wir sogar auf Sterne Niveau. Nur meine Waage fand das nicht ganz so gut. Von den Zimmern, über das Wellness, Personal und Sportangebot ist alles perfekt. Die Anlage ist auch nicht so groß, wie alle anderen drum herum, hier fühlt man sich als Gast wahrgenommen und ist nicht nur einer von vielen. Wer einen perfekten Urlaub möchte, sollte lieber etwas mehr Geld ausgeben und in das Robinson Hotel gehen.

Sono molto professionali; due settimane che non dimenticheremo; ottimo bar principale, baristi simpatici e attenti; staff ROBINSON in generale eccezionale. Struttura rilassante (poca ombra però). camere pulite e funzionali, spiaggia ombrelloni mare, bar sulla spiaggia aperitivi e serate top. Organizzano tante attività sportive (a cui non abbiamo partecipato) ma visto tanti ospiti farle. Un consiglio a ROBINSON: coprite di più il cibo nel ristorante principale, a colazione soprattutto perché per due settimane abbiamo evitato di prendere brioches prese di mira dagli uccellini. Consigliamo ROBINSON e non volevamo tornare a casa

Das Hotel wäre grunsätzlich top. Aber das Erlebte zeigt, an was es dem Hotel fehlt. Durch die äusserst gute Auslastung sinkt die Qualität. Als Gast merkt man das dann auch. Es gibt nicht genügend Liegen für alle Gäste; zumindest nicht beim Poolbereich. Am Strand sind die Liegen bereits extrem abgenutzt. Und auch Auflagen sucht man vergebens. Und das Entäuschenste: das Essen. Das Restaurant ist definitiv zu klein für den Gästeansturm bei einer beinahen vollen Auslastund des Hotels. Und das Hotel scheint mit der Kühlung massive Probleme zu haben. Getränke und Speisen die kühl sein sollten sind es leider nicht. Es gibt noch vieles anderes, dass leider nicht so ist wie es sein sollte. Schade eigentlich. Mit etwas mehr Personal und etwas weniger Gästen wäre dem ganzen schon ziemlich entgegengewirkt.

Situada en la mejor playa de Sal. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy cómodas. Es destacable la excelente atención de todo el personal. La comida es muy saludable. Ofrecen actividades físicas y de recreación para todos los gustos: gimnasio muy completo, clases de pilates, yoga, cycling y más. Por las tardes y noches hay eventos con DJ. Es necesario hablar inglés o alemán, no todo el personal habla español. No dudaría en regresar a un hotel Robinson.

Wer einen ruhigen Strandurlaub mit Unterhaltung haben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, bis auf die Qualität des Essens und die Getränkeauswahl des All Inclusive gibt es nichts zu meckern.

Chambre très mal située au sein de l'hôtel. Dommage car l'établissement est de qualité et mérite le détour. Il faut uniquement avoir une chambre bien située et tout le reste est excellent.
