Clean room, accessible and walkable distance from train station and outlet. Shuttle to train station is pretty convenient. Luggage delivery service made a huge difference especially travelling with kids. Breakfast was an added bonus and much needed to start our day.

Great stay! Will recommend Indigo if you have a car In karuizawa. Not sure if plublic bath has authentic mineral bath though.

LONGINGHOUSE Kyukaruizawa Suwanomori
Room space and amenities. Housekeeping was excellent. Very nice bar. Staff were friendly even with limited English. Enjoyed the private bath. Great location near to old Karuizawa street. Quiet luxury to sum up description of this boutique hotel.
