A very nice, relaxing vacation spot for my family. The beaches were great and our room had a gorgeous view. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The gentleman who checked us in, Rudy, was especially friendly and helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed

I really love the location, the site is beautiful, the staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was a dream, very good and complete. A big thanks to Rudy who make our stay perfect. I will definitely come back. Thank you all for our exceptional holidays.

The rooms are perfect; quiet and a nice view. The common areas didn't make me feel relaxed; too much kids running, microphone of animation too loud and the worst was the breakfast at 20€. Much too expensive for sitting between birds that don't stop to poo on the seats and tables. The quality of the breakfast was also very poor so really overpriced. We went to another hotel to take breakfast at our second morning. The swimming pool is nice but very crowdy. We were a little disappointed by the beach...

Nice place especially for families but the complex needs some renovation, it's dated. The breakfast is expensive 18 euros per adult (half price for the children under 12), it's too much for families with 2 or 3 children/teenagers. The kitchen outside is a nice idea but the dishes should be kept in a closed shelf....ours wasn't so we almost didn't use it. Overall, a good experience.

It is a wonderful place and I really appreciate the spa section and the pool. But my experience in the balaou wasn’t great. The service was wonderful but the meal wasn’t at all. And for the room there was no iron. the two twinbed put together wasn’t a great idea and the check in was done with two hours late

Hebergement très sympa, propre et moderne. Pret de seviette piscine/plage appreciable. Les plages a acces direct solt superbes et pratiques. Petit dejeuner un peu cher (prix habituel dorénavant 20€) mais excellent : omelette garnie faite a la deemande, jus maison et extracteur de jus a dispo. Un delice de bon matin. Emplacement pratique a St Anne pour rayonner a grande terre, mais aussi petite terre.

Ayant séjourné dans l aile premium !!!!! Je me demande comment est le logement standard !!! Logement vraiment simple ne mérite pas le nom de premium Sinon belle plage et piscine agréable Pas mangé au restaurant de l hôtel car hors de prix

La struttura ha sicuramente bisogno di manutenzione ma anche e soprattutto presenta segni di incuria specialmente elle zone comuni. La linea di galleggiamento del bordo delle piscine aveva sempre un alone marrone, tra le fessure del pavimento attorno alla piscina principale cresce l'erba (segno di incuria), le vasche di pulizia dei piedi ad ingresso piscina erano spesso torbide. Le camere erano ok.

Bella location anche se la struttura è un po' trascurata. La pulizia è sufficiente, ma non eccezionale. Camere e bagni spaziosi e cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Il cibo è piuttosto scadente per il livello che vorrebbe proporre la struttura. Staff amichevole e collaborativo. I pavimenti di tutta la struttura sono PERICOLOSISSIMI, estremamente scivolosi quando sono bagnati (cioè quasi sempre)!

Ici pour raison professionnelle : Chambre rénovée jolie mais quand j ouvre innondation dans l entrée, il aura fallu un jour et demi pour régler cela Belle salle de bain , robinet monté à l envers et eau chaude pas tout le temps Sinon complexe en rénovation et ma chambre était dans une partie où 80% était en travaux pas terrible, de plus sur la brochure reçu avant le départ il vante un super resto : la Combava mais il est fermé La resto buffet : très très moyen pour 35€ le repas du soir et 20€ le petit dej La plage : belle mais éviter celle devant la réception Le bar : Top, personnel sympa, super cocktail et très bon tapas

On voit que le site se fait vieux et qu on bon coup de reno est tres necessaire. La salle de bain de notre chambre était en mauvais état. Rouille sur les lumières et chasse d eau, couche de poussiere sur les lumieres, trou dans les murs de la douche, sol tres sale, on peut voir le trajet des annees au sol....Bref, ce fût un bel hotel, l experience en soit est bonne mais il serait bon de prévenir les clients de l état des chambres.

Magnifique sejour

Acceuil tres chaleureux. Le personnel est tres pro et souriant et surtout à l’ecoute. Tout le complexe est magnifique et la chambre tres spacieuse. La chambre etait propre dans l’ensemble mais dans la salle de bain ce n’etait pas TOP : moisissure verte sur la chasse d’eau, robineterie assez vieille, et les serviettes sentaient un peu mauvais. Cependant le sejour etait agreable et je recommande a 100% cet etablissement.
