On arrival we were welcomed by Brian who has wealth of knowledge of the area and was very kind. Brian really made our stay memorable he even assisted us in ordering dinner. "Horrible small pokey room .. couldn’t believe they would offer ..intercontinental shouldn’t give their name to it.. they gave me an upgrade which was a little better… old carpets , very old scratched furniture..no excuse ..no idea alternatives In Bordeaux but certainly would avoid this hotel."
