"The location was great. Close to restaurants, whole foods and the embassies. When I arrived I was notified I would have two double beds not the king I booked. Also, the parking was pricier than listed on Expedia.. This hotels walls are pretty thin. Additionally, the bed I had squeaked loud just by adjusting sleeping potions and very much needed repaired- my husband’s bed was fine. I weigh 135. "Overall cool stay. Only thing is I canceled a stay that offered check-in at 3pm and checkout at 12pm This place was late checkin and early checkout. 4pm-11am "

This is the second time we’ve stayed, and the second time I’ve received random charges on my credit card that I had to ask about. During this stay we couldn't check in until 4:30 given a glitch in their system ( the room was ready but the front desk couldn’t “release it”). A couple of minutes turned into 30. "

"If you want to experience Georgetown in its true spirits, you have to stay at Georgetown Inn. It’s walking distance to restaurants, harbor, university, shops. Parking is additional but was a relief it was to not worry about finding a spot or moving it. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, which made the stay memorable!"
