Upon checkin the hotel rep at this Novotel was rude and disrespectful to me. There credit card machine/moneris would not accept any of my 4 credit cards...I told him he had to reset the machine as that was impossible I had just used my credit card to buy groceries for supper at the Intermarche 5 mins away. He told me I was travelling Europe with no credit and I had no money and could not stay at the hotel even though I had paid the booking in full....months ago! I only owed the city taxes. They demanded a $200 euro deposit. When none of my credit cards worked the guy was rude and kept insisting that I had no money to stay there even though I HAD PAID IT IN FULL MONTHS AGO. He finally reset the machine and authorized a $50 deposit from the hotel manager. Once the machine was reset my credit card worked great! The other major problem with this hotel is there was no air conditioning on a day that was 31 outside....our room was 36 degrees above and they gave us fans that did nothing to alleviate the heat and discomfort. We could not sleep because it was hot as hell even with the french door open. We asked for a room with air conditioning they refused to give us anything at all just the fans. No service at this hotel would never stay here again. I thought Novotel hotels had standards they have none!

Housse sans couette car il fait chaud, il y a eu la maintenance de la piscine le matin de notre départ j'aurais aimé etre prévenu un petit panier de basket en plastique pour la salle de jeu

Décevant

Un chaleur insoutenable dans les chambres, pas de clime, des nombreux clients on passer une mauvaise nuit. La literie joue avec un matelas trop mou, et des oreillers bien trop dur. Mais encore ces détails ne sont rien compare a la qualité du service : médiocre. une attente de plus de 45 min pour de simple boissons, presque 1h d'attente pour une pizza surgelée trop cuite, impossible a couper avec un couteau et un croque-monsieur froid presque immangeable. En effet, nous avons été oblige de relancer plusieurs fois nos commande au bar a cause de l'attente bien trop longue par rapport a la normal. Ajouter a cela le fait que le personnel a s'est montre peut agréable, faisant nettement baisser l'image de la chaine Novotel. Au vu du prix des chambre, nous en attendions un peu plus de la part d'un hôtel comme ca.

Je suis venue passer une nuit pour une soirée d’anniversaire avec mes amies, nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le personnel est très sympathique et chaleureux. Je recommande fortement et j’y retournerai pour d’autres occasions. Merci !

Plutôt moyen. Toiles d’araignée dans la chambre, traces sur la table basse et sur le bureau. La chasse d’eau qui fait « plic ploc » toute la nuit. L’accueil et le service du personnel excellent.

Découverte hôtel de proximité

Arrivée tardive et accueil sympathique dans un concept moderne. Chambre petite et pas de draps pour le lit enfant. Le lit est plus fait pour un personne que pour deux et les stores ne fermant pas bien lumière du parking dans la chambre(.219) Il ne nous a pas été demandé si nous préférions côté parking ou golf . J’ai par courtoisie expliqué au réceptionniste que nous habitions à côté et que je venais à des réunions professionnels très régulièrement dans cette hôtel mais il m’a dit qu’il pensait que je lui racontais cela pour meubler la conversation 🤔 . Très désagréablement surpris quand il m’a été réclamé 15 € de taxe de séjour (j’habite à coté et je paye déjà mes impôts locaux pourquoi dois-je rajouter une taxe de séjour) Le lendemain la personne de l’accueil du matin m’a demandé de la régler comme quoi c’était obligatoire (mais pas affiché a l’écran des tarifs)

Hôtel agréable, accès direct au golf, balcon, petit déjeuner buffet qualitatif MAIS 12€ de frais pour un chien, pas annoncé sur hôtels.com ni à notre arrivée mais réclamé le lendemain matin … moyen Et plus d’électricité dans la chambre à partir de 10h30, la douche dans le noir c’est pas pratique … pour faire partir les gens avant l’heure de libération des chambres, il ne s’y seraient pas pris autrement …

Je ne recommande pas

On a essayé jusqu à mon départ de me faire régler une demi pension prise en compte dans le prix défini ä la réservation. Obligé de justifier jusqu au dernier moment de ma bonne foi, alors que dans le prix fixé sur la réservation on comprenait de suite le surcoût de la demi pension... De plus balcon donnant sur les réserves et piscine fermée depuis 2 mois (je ne peux ajouter mes photos sur mon avis , Hasard ??) ... Bref â éviter

Très bonne chambre et literie Ménage sous le lit à revoir … Attention la bordure d’évacuation d’eau autour de la piscine se casse quand on passe dessus et peu être très dangereux….et pas de transat pour s’allonger autour de la piscine dommage pour un 4 étoiles
