"The location was central and room was clean. Good dining options nearby. The hotel graciously accepted a bike delivery which was fantastic given our late arrival. The staff would not store our bag which was inconvenient but was helpful in recommending a nearby solution."

"The room at the 4th floor was very small and poorly furnished at the best. The elevator went only to the third floor and we had to climb the stairs every time to reach our room. "We stayed in Toulouse for 7 nights, and our family of four had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel’s location was very convenient, just a short walk from the train station.
The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Our room had air conditioning, which made a huge difference during the hot summer weather in France. We were initially worried about the heat, but we stayed cool and comfortable throughout our trip.
