Customer Service

Our family booked three rooms for an overnight stay following wedding. Checked in at 3:00AM using the machine to pay, recover code to enter room - very smooth. Room typical for the category - clean and well furnished. Breakfast sufficient. croissants, pain au chocolat, cereal, yoghurt, hot drinks, juices, condiments with a smile from service. After a dispute about "breakfast included," the issue was resolved in my favor by the manager. Great customer service. If you need a hotel in the area, don't hesitate to book this one.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et la Clim en cette période très chaude. Nous sommes des habitués des Ibis budget. Il y a toujours un problème de draps trop petit qui ne couvrent pas entièrement le matelas. Et il n'y a pas d'alèse non plus sur le matelas. Ce n'est pas agréable de se retrouver à dormir directement sur le matelas. Ce sont des choses essentielles que vous pourriez améliorer.

Susto na chegada

Apesar do imprevisto na chegada - não tinha funcionário na recepção para fazer o checkin, tivemos ajuda de uma pessoa que trabalhava no hotel e explicou que o funcionário da recepção chegaria às 16h Saímos para almoçar e quando voltamos conseguimos fazer o checkin rapidamente.

Arrivée a l’hotel le réceptioniste me demande de regler allrs que je l’avais fait sur le site. Il refuse de le donner la clé sans cela, il me dit que cela n’a pas marché sur le site qu’il n’a pas le règlement. Je doute mais je ne peux vérifier donc je regle. Après vérification sur le compte le règlement a bien ete debite du compte. Je demande au réceptioniste de me rembourser il me dit en faire part au gerant. A ce jour apres 4 mails il me demande un rib par mail pour me rembourser mais ne me donne aucun mail. Je suis furieuse de leur pratique et demande un remboursement immédiat

La habitación diminuta. La cama bien. No hay secador de pelo. Una silla. El mando de la tele va a saltos. Aire caliente con ventilador super ruidoso. Los interruptores de loz que están en la cabecera de la cama, mantienen siempre dos lucecitas encendidas. Una persona que necesite oscuridad, allí no la tendria. Dormir, y ducharse. 60 euros. Sin secarse el pelo. Es para lo que es.
