Each day at least one or 2 items would be empty and staff would take their own sweet time in replacing them or saying that they would not replace at all. It seemed more out of laziness than anything else. 2. Even after requesting room clean up the person did not arrive at the agreed time and front desk had no clue when they would be able to come 3. No kettle in the room and very old equipment"

"The hotel could do a better job maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby and common areas throughout the day. The floors were dirty leading up to the elevators, and there were Starbucks cups left in the hallway for two days without being picked up. That said, I understand there is a lot of foot traffic since the hotel is located in a busy college-town area.
