"The room was decently clean but not exceptionally so. We had to request clean towels and often had to request more coffee capsules and clean mugs. As for the room, it was a decent size but they told us we faced a courtyard. It wasn’t a courtyard. It was an actual postage stamp and my friend and I were both terrified we’d die in a fiery inferno if the hotel caught fire because there was no real way out through the window. But the location can’t be beat. So top marks for that. The breakfast was...

"The location of this room is amazing and it was nice and clean. Be prepared as it is very small which we were expecting. However the bed was very hard and uncomfortable and we were only provided one flat uncomfortable pillow for each of us. There is no cleaning service (which is fine) but we each only received one towel and one towel for the floor outside the shower. Would be very nice to have an extra towel or two and an extra pillow. I realize Paris is an expensive place to stay but a...

"I would rate my overall experience a 2/5. The blonde woman at the front desk was cold and off-putting from the moment we walked into the hotel for check in; she looked at us like we were aliens, although the other staff members were fine. We stayed on the fifth floor, and the hallway was pretty rundown with a very large water bubble drooping low from the ceiling right near the elevator. The worst part of my stay was finding yellow stains on our bedsheets, which looked like either urine or...

"This hotel was incredibly efficient for us as first-time travelers to Paris for our honeymoon. We stayed for 9 days, 8 nights, and it was a great value for the area. It’s located quite literally one block away from the Louvre and Tuileries Garden and about a 5-minute walk to the Palais Garnier and the Galaries Lafayette. We were able to walk to different areas all within 30-minutes such as Le Marais, Notre Dame, and the Arc de Triomphe. The staff was helpful when we needed an extra keycard,...

"Front desk manned 24 hours. Staff friendly and helpful. Room is made up daily. We stayed on 5th floor in a nice large room. Elevator works well. Weather was cool so we didn't use the AC or heat. We didn't buy the breakfast. Location is great in the 1er arrondissement; walking distance from the Louvre and the Chatelet/Les Halles metro station. Lots of cafes nearby. Supermarket (G20) at rue Louvre intersection with rue Berger. Would stay again."
