Nice hotel in a lovely location

After having read a number of negative reviews about this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. I stayed in one of the nice renovated rooms. The hotel was in a lovely location close to the castle. The service was good and staff helpful. My only small complaint is there was no shower gel in my room nor milk for tea/coffee.

The room was adequately sized but the shower was cramped. The bed was very comfortable and the room warm. The lift was out of order during some of our stay. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was good (although I think they should invest in a heater to keep the eggs, bacon and sausages piping hot). Overall a positive impression of a hotel well situated for access to the RER station and town centre.

La chambre était bien, cependant l’hôtel accueillait un séminaire donc ça a été la fête et des cries jusqu’à 3h00 du matin. Avec la climatisation qui faisait un bruit d’eau qui s’écoule toute la nuit. Je peux dire qu’on n’a pas très bien dormi et que la nuit a été courte. Sinon le cadre, resto et ville très bien. Dommage

Aufgrund des Airport-Streiks wurden alle Flüge gestrichen. Hotel informiert, dass wir erst 1 Tag später anreisen. Das Hotel hat daher nur 3 Nächte berechnet, jedoch 121,50 € Umbuchungsgebühr berechnet. Der Betrag wurde meinerseits im Hotel beglichen. Somit steht die Rücküberweisung der stornierten Nacht seitens Expedia noch aus.

Ayant un probleme de mobilite (jambe droite blessee), l'absence d'ascensseur en panne pendant tout mon sejour m'a beaucoup gene... De plus, de facon subjective, j'ai trouve dommage que personne dans le staff ne soit capable de fournir des informations sur les activites festives en ville... C'etait comme si ils etaient completement deconnectes de la ville...

A fuir !!!

HORRIBLE !!! La fenetre de la chambre est inexistante ! Il faisait une T° negative dehors et le froid s'introduisait ds la cbre.... la clim "reversible" n'a pas réussi à réchauffer la piece donc je me suis gelé toute la nuit Avec 3 etoiles et au prix des chambres, il faudra penser à investir dans des fenetres digne de ce nom .... à moins que ce ne soint pas des etoiles mais des " * "

Arrivé tard dans la nuit, on me demande de faire toutes les demarches avant d'avoir ma chambre (paiement de la taxe de sejour....) alors que la réservation etait pré payé Pas de chauffage dans la chambre 103 La température devait etre de 14 degré Hygiène moyenne : papier toilette coincé entre la lunettes et les toilettes Femmes de menages qui rentre plusieurs fois dans la chambre a partir de 8h, alors que je suis arrivé a 2h30 du matin et que je souhaitai me reposer Pas de personne à l'accueil au depart a midi , juste un écriteau pour informer que la personne etait absente
