Great and beautiful place to stay. Upon arriving you will receive a warm welcome. If you are travelling on motorcycle as we are, we highly recommend this place.

French hospitality at it’s best

We stayed for one night before taking the ferry the next day. Host was very friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised how spacious our room was. The upstairs part comprised of a sofa, table and mini fridge, while the bedroom was downstairs. We appreciated the chic French decor. If you are looking for a good night’s sleep in tranquil surroundings, this is your place.

Fantastic stay

Lovely stay - beautiful location incredibly convenient for the Eurostar but still off the beaten track. The local beach is fantastic. Rooms are beautifully appointed and breakfast is FANTASTIC!

Cannot fault a thing. Location is really beautiful. Room is lovely, cosy, really clean, quiet and we had an excellent night sleep. Beatrice is a lovely host, really helpful and breakfast was fantastic with delicious fresh bread, home-made jam and freshly made juice Our only regret is to have stayed only one night, but we certainly plan to return. Thank you!!!

Absolutely delighted with my stay at La Haute Muraille! A charming 17th-century farmhouse B&B set in the tranquil French countryside of Saint Folquin. The rooms are tastefully decorated, the homemade breakfast is truly delightful, and the hosts, Béatrice and her husband, are wonderfully welcoming. Ideal for a restful stopover before heading to Calais and the Channel Tunnel. Highly recommend!

Special place

This is an amazing place, in a fantastic location to explore Pas-de-Calai and beyond. It’s well connected, but rural. Charming rooms in an annexe to the main house, lovely breakfast and a host who can’t do enough to help you have a n enjoyable stay. This is truly special And if there was an 11/10 I’d give it.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft auf dem Lande. Sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Gute Lage (nah an Calais und Dunkerque). Fast zu schade um nur auf der Durchreise anzuhalten.

Es war ein super schöner, entspannter Aufenthalt. Sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Béatrice und ihr Mann haben uns liebevoll empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Adresse im Navi führt nicht direkt zur Unterkunft, aber von der Hauptstraße aus ist diese ausgeschildert und gut zu finden.

Wir waren sehr begeistert von dieser liebevollen Detail verliebten Einrichtung, es passte alles bis ins kleinste Detail. Wir würden jederzeit erneut dieses Hotel buchen und mit guten Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Wir Bedanken uns sehr bei der Gastgeberin, dass trotz unserer sehr sehr späten Ankunft, nach dem das Check-in offizielle geschlossen war, nach telefonischer Absprache wir ins Zimmer durften und auf uns extra gewartet wurde.
