Hotel che promette bene sulla carta, arriviamo r ci accorgiamo che non ha l’ascensore, il che va bene perche c’e un piano solo , ma con 4 valigie e due bambini non è il massimo. Il parcheggio davanti comodo peccato che di sera si riempia e diventi difficile trovare posto. Le camere sono piccole e munite solo di finistre senza terrazzo. Il bagno è veramente piccolo. E abbiamo riscontrato anche poca pulizia. La signora alla reception non proprio gentilissima, ci ha consigliato un ristorante dove abbiamo mangiato malissimo e ci hanno anche spennato. Nota positiva la piscina.

Bien mais un peu mensonger…

Bon hôtel, propre et bien situé. Mais cependant nous avons réservé une chambre supérieure car elle indiquait clairement la présence d’un réfrigérateur dans l’équipement (en photo et par la réponse attestant de sa présence de l’hôtel par message avant notre arrivée). Nous avions un budget serré et prévu des piques-niques. À notre arrivé le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas. Une personne du personnel m’a proposé un changement de chambre, ce que j’ai apprécié. Malheureusement, dans la seconde chambre, le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Cela me laisse sérieusement douter de la disponibilité réelle de cet équipement dans l’établissement d’autant plus qu’il y des avis dans ce sens depuis plus d’un an qui font remarquer ce problème. Ayant déjà acheté de la nourriture à maintenir au frais nous avons demandé à la réception s’il était possible de la conserver à l’accueil, mais on nous a répondu qu’il n’y avait pas de place, sauf pour un petit bac de congélation. Nous avons donc dû jeter de la nourriture et manger à l’extérieur. C’est décevant quand on essaye de faire attention et surtout payons 2 nuits de chambres supérieurs expressément pour avoir ce service en retour. Également après vérification nous avons payé une taxe de séjour plus élevé que mentionné initialement… bizarre. Cependant nous avons quand même passé un bon séjour dans l’hôtel, la présence d’une piscine bien entretenue fut apprécié, et l’établissement était très calme.
